Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition within a defined U.S. territory. You will build relationships, close new business, and transition accounts to management after one year.

You will work with a lead generation team and cover multiple states in the region. The role emphasizes a proactive hunter mentality, strong negotiation, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or new business development.
• Strong prospecting, negotiating and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stay detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop territory plans to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic plans to increase revenue, retention and profitability.
• Collaborate across functions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve product or service issues with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.
