ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the South West region. This remote, field-based role requires travel across CA and nearby states to win new customers and expand our footprint.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with a lead-generation team, and transition accounts to an Account Manager after one year. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and the ability to build multi-level relationships with decision-makers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in B2B sales within defined territory.
• Ability to acquire new customers and grow accounts.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focusing on new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Management.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
