ePac Flexible Packaging is expanding its field-based regional sales footprint in the U.S. We are looking for a proactive Regional Sales Executive to acquire new logos, manage territories, and drive mid-market growth with a local, in-person approach across several states.

The role includes handoff to Account Management after one year, with support from a lead generation team and plant-location resources to ensure sustainable revenue growth. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a proven track record.
• Strong hunter mentality with prospecting and closing experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to handoff to Account Management.
• Develop a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers and grow accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to Account Management.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Represent ePac at regional and national trade shows and events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce.
