Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to lead new logo acquisition across a multi-state territory while representing the company in regional markets. The role is remote but requires travel to client sites within the Salt Lake City region and beyond, with the account maturing to an Account Manager after one year.

The candidate will manage the full sales cycle, build strategic territory plans, and collaborate with lead generation and cross-functional teams to drive revenue

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a track record of meeting targets.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regional travel within several states.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and grow existing accounts.
Build a robust pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
