Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive who will hunt and acquire new customers in a defined territory. The role is remote but requires travel to client sites within the assigned region, and some national accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build a pipeline, and work with lead generation to grow the company footprint. The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year with a guaranteed commission ramp-up of $2,000 per month for the first three

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B sales/new business development with a track record of targets.
• Hunter sales mindset with prospecting and closing focus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Develop territory plans to acquire mid-market customers and expand accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to tailor packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
