ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to acquire new mid-market customers within a defined territory. This field-based hunter will build relationships, close new business, and manage accounts for one year before transition.

Travel is required; remote in Southern California area with some client-site visits. Salary range is 80,000–90,000 USD per year plus guaranteed commission for 3 months and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• Proven sales track record in B2B, mid-market, or similar.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to close deals.

Responsabilités

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
