Job summary
Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District.
You will drive operational excellence, safety, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance, translating corporate strategy into regional action and building a high-performing leadership team. You will lead Branch Managers, partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments, with regular travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- 5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
- Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
- Strong financial acumen with budget and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational teams across the region.
- Establish performance expectations and standards across locations.
- Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
- Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and cost discipline.
- Oversee safety, compliance, and ISO readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
