Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District. You will guide Branch Managers to uphold safety, efficiency, and service standards while driving regional growth and profitability.

Travel is expected (40–60%), with accountability for implementing corporate strategy through regional plans and developing a strong leadership bench. This role demands hands-on leadership across operations, safety, and customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams across the region.
• Set clear performance expectations and standard operating procedures across locations.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Drive accountability through performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee regional financial performance including revenue, margins, and costs.
• Manage regional operating budgets and forecasts.
• Improve efficiency, inventory management, and asset utilization.
• Champion safety culture and OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales to support major projects and service commitments.
• Resolve escalated operational issues affecting customers.
