Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District. You will translate corporate strategy into regional execution, lead Branch Managers, and ensure safety, service, inventory, and financial performance.

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to build a high-performing leadership team and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operating disciplines.
