Job summary

The Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead multiple branch locations within a defined Super District. You will translate corporate strategy into regional execution, coach Branch Managers, and ensure safety, service, inventory, and financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets & performance metrics.
Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional operations teams.
Set and enforce performance standards and operating policies across locations.
Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
Drive accountability via regular performance reviews and KPIs.
Oversee regional financial performance: revenue, margin, opex, inventory.
Monitor KPIs: inventory turns, service levels, safety.
Manage regional budgets and forecasts; identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure safety compliance with OSHA/DOT and company policies.
Improve customer fulfillment: order accuracy, delivery reliability.
