Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead performance across multiple branches.

You will translate corporate strategy into regional action, develop a high-performing leadership team, and align with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments. You will oversee safety, inventory, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring policy compliance and consistent service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in electrical distribution, industrial distribution, wholesale distribution, or logistics environments.
• Demonstrated experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams across the assigned region.
• Set clear performance expectations and standards across locations.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Ensure policies and operating disciplines are consistently applied.
• Drive accountability via regular reviews and metrics.
• Oversee regional inventory, budgets, forecasts, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR to support growth and customers.
