You will translate corporate strategy into regional plans, drive safety, service levels, inventory management, and financial performance, and build a high-performing leadership team. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of multi-location operations leadership, with strong financial acumen, a valid driver's license, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in electrical/industrial distribution or logistics.
• Proven ability to direct multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets and metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams across the assigned region.
• Set performance expectations and operating standards across locations.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Drive accountability through performance reviews and KPIs.
• Oversee regional inventory strategy and forecast accuracy.
• Support safety, compliance, and ISO readiness across branches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments.
