Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co. is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District. You will guide Branch Managers, ensure safety, efficiency, and service excellence, and drive financial performance.

Travel within the region is expected as you partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to meet revenue commitments. You will build leadership talent, translate corporate strategy into regional plans, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to direct multi-location operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams.
• Set performance expectations and standards across locations.
• Translate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Drive safety, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Manage regional budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee inventory, service levels, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Sales on major projects and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement and ISO compliance.
