You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure operational capabilities support revenue growth and customer commitments, with frequent travel to branches and warehouses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations or regional branch networks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.
