Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within a Super District, guiding Branch Managers to meet safety, service, inventory and financial targets.

You will translate corporate strategy into regional plans, drive performance, and partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience directing multi-location operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and regional teams.
• Set clear performance expectations and standards across locations.
• Translate corporate strategy into regional execution plans.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and operating disciplines.
• Drive performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to support revenue growth and customer commitments.
