Job summary

You will build strategic plans, engage clinicians and economic buyers, testify in boardrooms, and lead demonstrations to secure adoption. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in capital sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 3 years in capital sales.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Willingness to work in hospital/ASC settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposables revenue targets.
• Engage with clinicians and economic buyers using Challenger framework to build clinical champions.
• Interact with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead product demonstrations and negotiate capital pricing.
• Ensure post-sale installation and adoption to maximize value.
