Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Ottava to cover the Southern Plains territory (OK, AR, LA). The role is field-based with ideal bases in Oklahoma City, OK, New Orleans, LA, or Little Rock, AR.

You will drive end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support, and capital program management. You will lead clinical and technical discussions with clinicians and executives, navigate complex buying processes, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize post-sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of healthcare experience; 3 years in capital sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet capital equipment and disposable sales targets.
• Engage with clinicians and economic buyers; build clinical champions and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations to drive sales and adoption of Ottava.
• Present and negotiate capital pricing and program terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Oversee post-sales installation, adoption, and training to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization.
