Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Ottava to cover the Southern Plains (OK, AR, LA). This field-based role will travel extensively to engage clinicians, economic buyers, and C-Suite stakeholders, delivering demonstrations and negotiating capital pricing.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in capital equipment sales, healthcare experience, and the ability to drive adoption of new surgical technologies while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in healthcare.
• 3+ years in capital sales required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical product and disease state knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
• Travel up to 75%, including overnight travel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Engage clinicians, educate using Challenger selling, and build clinical champions.
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders and administrative assistants to advance opportunities.
• Discov er and understand customers' goals; align with strategic plans.
• Lead product demonstrations to ensure sales and adoption of Ottava.
• Present and negotiate capital pricing and terms with sales leadership.
• Implement post-sale installation, adoption, and service to meet business objectives.
• Support new customers in clinical adoption of Ottava and ensure satisfaction.
