Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for the best talent for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava. This is a field-based role covering the Southern Plains territory (OK, AR, LA) with candidates ideally based in Oklahoma City, OK, New Orleans, LA, or Little Rock, AR.

As ASM you will own end-to-end sales, including developing clinical champions, delivering product demonstrations to surgeons and economic buyers, coordinating with Clinical Sales and Service teams, and steering post-sales adoption to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 6+ years healthcare experience; 3+ years in capital sales.
• Able to travel up to 75% and work in hospital/ASC settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans to hit capital equipment and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Identify clinical champions, discover customer needs, and build relationships with clinicians and economic buyers.
• Engage C‑Suite stakeholders and administrative staff to advance opportunities.
• Lead clinical and technical product demonstrations to drive adoption of Ottava.
• Present capital pricing and terms in collaboration with sales management to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Coordinate post-sales installation, adoption, and service with the sales and service teams.
• Support new customers in clinical adoption of Ottava and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
