Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Ottava. The role covers the Central Plains Territory (MO, KS, NE) and is ideally based in St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO.

This field-based position focuses on advancing surgical technologies and driving capital equipment sales with a strong emphasis on clinical collaboration. You will lead engagements with clinicians, educate customers using a Challenger selling framework, and work with C-Suite stakeholders to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in healthcare.
• 3+ years in capital sales is required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans for the territory.
• Engage with clinicians and executives to uncover needs and goals.
• Lead clinical and technical product demonstrations to support adoption.
• Present capital pricing and program terms with the sales leadership team.
• Support post-sales installation, adoption, and utilization of Ottava products.
• Maintain a detailed, strategic business plan for the territory.
