Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success in the South East region of Wyoming with frequent travel. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and meet growth targets while representing Halter in the field.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer onboarding and deployment delivers maximum value from Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in B2B software or agricultural tech sales.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong relationships with cattle industry stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build new business in designated territory.
• Advance in-field sales with customer meetings and demonstrations.
• Develop existing accounts and expand Halter's footprint.
• Hit sales targets and manage a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.
• Represent Halter at industry events and conferences.
