Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the US ranching community. You will be the on-the-ground Halter ambassador, prospecting, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams.

This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach with travel across your territory and active participation in industry events to expand Halter’s influence among farmers and regional agricultural

Responsibilities

• Prospecting New Business: drive pipeline, attend local cattle events, manage inbound leads, balance admin with field tasks.
• In-Field Sales: meet customers on ranches, highlight Halter value, and engage in in-person meetings.
• Expanding Existing Opportunities: upsell and broaden relationships with current customers.
• Hitting Sales Targets: manage deals, meet growth targets, and forecast future opportunities.
• Customer Account Management: nurture relationships after sale and ensure successful onboarding.
• Territory Ownership: own and cultivate relationships across a defined territory.
• Customer Onboarding: oversee onboarding and deployment for smooth handoffs.
• Field Learnings & Feedback: collect customer feedback to guide product and field strategy.
• Collaborating with Support Teams: coordinate with Product/Support to resolve issues quickly.
• Attending Industry Events: network at events to generate leads and strengthen presence.
• Contributing to the US Sales Strategy: help evolve sales processes for the US market.
