Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the North West Panhandle region of Oklahoma. You will manage end-to-end sales, build relationships with cattlemen, and represent Halter on the ground with farmers and agencies.

You will own the territory, travel frequently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process and deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture tech or SaaS sales.
• Ability to travel frequently within territory.
• Proven track record in new business development.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build a strong pipeline.
• In-field sales visits on ranches and farms to demonstrate value.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit sales targets and manage deals end-to-end.
• Onboard new customers and ensure smooth deployment.
• Own territory relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams.
