Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the South East region of Wyoming with frequent travel. Drive new business, manage rancher relationships, and ensure customer success from onboarding to deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

You will own the territory, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize sales processes for the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to agricultural customers and building long‑term relationships.
• Ability to manage a large territory with sales and customer success focus.
• Knowledge of ranching or cattle operations and industry context.
• Strong communication, proactive collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a local pipeline through outbound efforts.
• In‑field sales and onboarding of new customers in ranching environments.
• Expanding opportunities within existing accounts and upsell.
• Hitting ambitious sales targets and managing current deals with a long‑term view.
• Account management after sale and smooth handoffs to onboarding.
• Own territory strategy, relationships with agencies, and regional groups.
• Collaborate with support, product, and onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and deepen market presence.
• Contribute to US sales strategy to scale in the market.
