Blue Signal Search is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive a Southeast territory for industrial robotics solutions. The role is remote and field-based, offering ownership of regional revenue growth and direct engagement with manufacturers and integrators to turn robotics capabilities into measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in robotics or industrial automation.
• Proven solution selling with cobots or automated systems.
• Established relationships with system integrators or OEMs in the Southeast.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Build a territory growth plan for Southeast robotics adoption.
• Develop revenue through direct prospecting, referrals, integrator relationships, and OEM partnerships.
• Introduce customers to a diverse robotics portfolio and map applications to operational needs.
• Coordinate demonstrations and discovery with engineering resources to validate use cases.
• Own opportunity progression, negotiations, forecasting, and CRM discipline from first contact through close.
• Expand strategic accounts by building trusted relationships with manufacturing leaders and partners.
