Job summary

ATEC Spine seeks an Area Sales Manager for the Southeast to drive capital equipment sales of Valence Navigation & Robotics. You will develop territory plans, manage a strong pipeline, demonstrate products, and collaborate with distributors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities to achieve revenue goals.

Travel across the Southeast (50-75%) is required. The role emphasizes strategic selling, stakeholder management, and successful product launches in a fast-growing medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in spine preferred.
• Experience selling surgical robotics or navigation systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics throughout the Southeast.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitals and surgeon practices.
• Create and deliver value-based proposals to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close capital sales while maintaining profitability.
• Establish relationships with surgeons, administrators, and OR leadership.
• Guide customers through evaluation, purchasing, implementation and adoption.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and market feedback.
