ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Southeast to drive capital equipment sales of Valence Navigation & Robotics.

You will develop territory strategies, build a robust pipeline, conduct customer demonstrations, and partner with distributors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities to meet revenue goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 5+ years medical device sales in spine.
• Proven ability to close capital sales with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to develop executive relationships.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% in the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics across the Southeast.
• Develop territory plans and exceed annual sales objectives.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Demonstrate products, coordinate field demos and customer visits.
• Partner with distributors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities to close opportunities.
• Support product launches and market development initiatives.
