Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Northeast to drive capital equipment sales growth in Valence Navigation & Robotics.

You will develop territory strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and conduct customer demonstrations while partnering with distributors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities to meet revenue goals. The role requires 5+ years in medical device spine sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 50–75% across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of medical device spine sales experience.
• Proven ability to close surgeon interest in novel spine tech.
• Travel extensively across the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics in the Northeast.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Deliver value-based proposals to surgeons and executives.
• Coordinate field demonstrations and product evaluations.
• Forecast, report, and share market intelligence with leadership.
