ATEC Spine is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Northeast to drive capital sales of Valence Navigation & Robotics products. You will develop territory strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and lead customer demonstrations and negotiations with surgeons and hospital leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device spine sales, strong relationship skills, and extensive travel across the Northeast. Remote work is supported with regional field activity and distributor collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in spine or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics products across the Northeast.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Create compelling value-based proposals and close opportunities while maintaining profitability.
• Establish relationships with surgeons, administrators, and OR leadership; coordinate demonstrations and trainings.
