Tech Sales Jobs is seeking an Area Sales Manager, Robotics & Navigation - Southeast. The role focuses on driving capital equipment sales for Valence robotics across the Southeast with remote work options.

You will develop territory plans, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with distributors, surgeons, and healthcare facilities to meet revenue targets. The position requires 5+ years in medical device spine sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 50-75%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience in spine.
• Experience selling surgical robotics, navigation systems, orthopedic technologies, spine technologies, or other advanced surgical capital equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics products throughout the Southeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed annual sales objectives.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgeon practices.
• Create and deliver compelling value-based proposals and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close capital sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Establish trusted relationships with surgeons, administrators, operating room leadership, supply chain personnel, and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate field demonstrations, product evaluations, and customer visits.
