Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales for Valence Navigation & Robotics across the Southeast. You will develop territory strategies, build a strong pipeline, and lead demonstrations with surgeons and hospitals.

You will collaborate with distributors, clinical teams, and marketing to position the robotics platform, exceed sales objectives, and ensure successful adoption and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in spine.
• Proven ability to close surgeon interest in novel spine technologies.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital sales revenue for Valence Navigation & Robotics products throughout the Southeast territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve annual sales objectives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and surgeon practices.
• Create and deliver value-based proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close capital sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Establish trusted relationships with surgeons, administrators, operating room leadership, supply chain personnel, and executives.
• Coordinate field demonstrations, product evaluations, and customer visits.
