Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the Southeast US with a home-based territory. The role targets OEM and distribution growth in the power supply sector, building robust customer relationships and leading cross-functional programs.

Requires 5+ years of outside sales experience, strong account management, and a track record of meeting targets. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer''s representatives.
• Strong program management skills and familiarity with the product development process.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve targets within the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to ensure sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular client visits, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide comprehensive account management from initial development to ongoing production.
• Lead and collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account status updates.
