The role requires 5+ years of outside sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, travel up to international levels, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver programs from development through production.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and product development familiarity.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• High integrity and sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual sales business plan for the territory.
• Identify and secure OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, deliver presentations.
• Provide end-to-end account management from tech development to production.
• Collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and status updates.
