6 Degrees Search is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US, home-based territory. You will lead sales in power supply, expanding OEM and distribution partnerships while building strong customer relationships. This full-time role requires strategic planning, client visits, and cross-functional teamwork.

The position offers a base salary of $90K–$120K plus commission, with domestic and international travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in the power supply sector is required.
• Strong sales leadership and account management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Identify and win new OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage existing relationships to meet sales & service goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, and present compelling proposals.
• Provide end-to-end account management from tech development to production.
