Food Management Search is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in the Southeast US. This home-based role targets OEM and distribution growth within the power supply sector, building strong customer relationships and driving revenue across the territory.

The role requires a track record in outside sales, cross-functional collaboration, and travel as needed to support customers and programs across domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in power supply.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and product development knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to hit targets in the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategy.
• Manage existing customers to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Visit client sites, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide end-to-end account management from tech development to production.
• Collaborate with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and account updates.
