ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southeast US sales initiatives, focusing on OEM and distribution growth in the power supply sector. The role emphasizes building robust customer relationships and driving annual business plans from the field.

You will manage existing accounts, secure new OEM partnerships, and work with factory teams to ensure program success, while traveling up to 50% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' outside sales experience in the power supply sector.
• Experience managing manufacturer's representatives.
• Strong program management and familiarity with product development.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Educational background with Electrical Engineering preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual sales plan to achieve targets within the territory.
• Identify and secure new OEM accounts aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships to meet sales and satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular client visits, address concerns, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Provide end-to-end account management from development through production.
• Lead with factory teams to ensure program success.
• Prepare and present periodic forecasts and account status updates.
