Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Southeast USA Regional Sales Manager to win contracts in a defined territory within the power generation market. You will manage third-party agents, build strategic accounts, and coordinate with engineering for technical quotations.

The role requires travel across the U.S., strong relationship skills, and the ability to deliver value-driven solutions. You will report to the Sales Director and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6–9 years in technical sales, application support or engineering in power generation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. territory (~50%).

Responsibilities

• Submit monthly territory reports with sales activities, market developments and opportunities.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings and teleconferences; report on efforts.
• Attend trade shows and customer events; visit sites for scope and inspections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Director and engineering to develop customer solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during and after the sales process.
