Job summary

Unifin International, a Wabtec Corporation business unit, seeks a Southeast USA Regional Sales Manager to win contracts in the power generation market. You will act as trusted advisor, manage third-party agents, and drive growth across a defined territory.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong technical and account management skills, and the ability to develop value-driven solutions with customers. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Director to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering; other degrees considered if strong mechanical aptitude in power generation.
• 6 to 9 years of experience in technical sales, application support or engineering in power generation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel within a defined geographic territory in United States (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

• Submit monthly territory reports detailing sales activities, market developments, competitive intelligence, and key opportunities.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings and teleconferences and report on sales efforts and new business developments.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as directed.
• Visit customer sites for project scoping and equipment inspections.
• Interface with Marketing and Sales Director to develop customer solutions and support sales efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sales process.
• Develop value-driven solutions that improve customer performance, reliability, productivity and operating costs.
• Follow up on all quotations and communicate current opportunity status.
