Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (Southeast). This field-based role covers Florida and several southeastern states, leading a team of territory managers to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field is required.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a field-based territory team to hit sales objectives.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to provide tools and education.
• Uphold Credo values, maintain integrity, and enforce company policies.
• Support professional development plans for direct reports and ensure accountability.
• Drive performance using management processes and analytics for planning and execution.
• Engage with customers to grow the overall product portfolio in Neurovascular.
