Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the Southeast. This field-based role will cover Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, with up to 75% travel.

You will partner with the National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to drive growth, uphold Credo values, and develop regional strategies to meet and exceed targets. Base pay ranges from $114k to $182,850 with strong incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years in outside sales, medical devices preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities
