Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular seeks a Regional Business Manager (Southeast) to drive sales across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. This field-based role reports to the National Sales Director and requires building relationships with surgeons and health-care teams.

You will travel up to 75% within the region, with overnight travel up to 40%, in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment that emphasizes Credo values and professional development.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• Experience in outside sales with medical devices is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Works with National Sales Director to provide tools, support, and education to the sales team.
• Leads with Credo values, upholds company policies, and drives performance.
• Develops professional development plans and ensures follow-through.
• Uses performance management tools to plan activities and accountability.
• Guides team to meet and exceed sales objectives and metrics.
• Collaborates with internal partners to enable direct reports' work.
• Engages with key customers to drive overall product portfolio sales.
