Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager to oversee a field-based team and meet sales objectives in a rapidly growing portfolio of neurovascular devices. You will work with the National Sales Director, training and marketing teams to ensure the field force has the tools and education needed to perform at a high level.

The role requires a 4-year technical/scientific degree, 7+ years of outside medical device sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field.
• 7+ years outside sales experience, including experience selling medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales objectives and manages a team of field-based territory managers.
• Collaborates with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the sales team.
