Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager (Southeast) to cover Florida, NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL. This field-based role requires a 4-year degree, 7+ years in outside sales with medical devices, and strong communication skills.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with a focus on surgeon partnerships and Credo values. The position offers leadership opportunities in a fast-growing MedTech division, with a comprehensive benefits package and pay ranging from $114,000

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year degree, ideally technical or scientific.
7+ years outside sales experience, including medical devices.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with National Sales Director and training/marketing teams to equip the sales force.
Uphold Credo values, lead with integrity, enforce company policies.
Support employee development plans and accountability for growth.
Utilize performance management tools for activity planning and accountability.
Guide the sales team to meet and exceed objectives and metrics.
Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate direct reports’ work.
Engage with key customers to drive sales across the portfolio.
