Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is seeking a Regional Business Manager (South Central) for a field-based role covering multiple locations. You will lead a team of territory managers, drive sales objectives and build strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree, technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years outside sales experience in medical devices.
• People management experience.
• Experience with contracting (development and implementation).
• Medical device sales of physician preference products.
• Experience calling on Neurovascular surgeons.
• CRM utilization experience.
• Formal sales training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales objectives and manage a field-based team of territory managers.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to equip the team with tools and education.
• Instill Credo values, lead with integrity and enforce company policies.
• Engage key customers and accounts to drive sales of the overall product portfolio.
• Travel up to 75% within assigned region and nationally as needed.
