Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting a Regional Business Manager for the Southeast, a field-based role covering Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. You will lead a team of territory managers and drive regional sales objectives with Credo values.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year technical degree and 7+ years outside medical device sales, strong communication, and a proven record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field (preferred).
• 7+ years of outside sales experience in medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the sales objectives of the company and manage field-based territory managers.
• Ensure direct reports perform duties with professionalism and interface with the healthcare community.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Director, training and marketing to provide tools and education.
• Lead with Credo values, integrity, and policy enforcement.
• Mentor employees and develop professional growth plans.
