Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (Southeast). This field-based role covers FL, NC, SC, TN, GA, and AL, with up to 75% travel within the region and up to 40% overnight travel as needed.

The role leads a team of field-based territory managers, driving sales objectives and ensuring compliance with Credo values. Strong communication, contracting, and device sales experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• At least 7 years of outside sales experience in medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a commission-driven position.

• Deliver sales objectives and manage a field-based team of territory managers.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director, training and marketing to provide tools and education.
• Lead with Credo values, uphold company policies, and drive professional development.
• Utilize performance management processes to plan activities and ensure accountability.
• Meet and exceed objectives and metrics through strategic leadership and execution.
• Drive sales of the overall product portfolio by engaging key customers and accounts.
