Job summary

Quilt seeks a Regional Partner Sales Manager to own the Southeast partner channel, grow existing Quilt partners, and sign new contractors. The role requires heavy travel (50–75%), face-to-face coaching, and field presence to build the dealer network.

You will work with the marketing and product teams to accelerate partner success, drive revenue, and deliver a compelling value proposition to HVAC contractors across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development in HVAC/building products.
• Fluency in heat pump systems and how they’re sold, installed, and evaluated.
• Existing network in the Southeast is a strong advantage.
• Hunter-farmer mindset with ability to grow new and existing accounts.
• Credible communicator across installers to regional executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Quilt’s partner channel across the Southeast United States and manage two roles: grow existing Certified Partners and sign new contractors.
• Attend regional events, train partner sales teams, and ride-alongs to support field reps.
• Travel regularly to partner locations for coaching, field support, and relationship building.
• Monitor partner performance, revenue, installs, and satisfaction, and push for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage co-op funds, leads, and assets.
