Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic to build and lead Quilt’s partner channel across the region. You’ll grow the certified partner base, sign new contractors, and shape the playbook that defines Quilt’s presence with HVAC professionals.

You’ll split time between field visits, partner trainings, and remote coordination, traveling 50–75% as needed to drive growth while delivering exceptional support and value to dealers and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
• HVAC fluency with heat pump systems and installation knowledge.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the Mid-Atlantic is a plus.
• Hunter-farmer mindset with ability to manage and grow accounts while prospecting.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Mid-Atlantic partner base across the region.
• Onboard and train partners, conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
• Track partner performance and drive revenue growth and installs.
• Collaborate with marketing on co-op funds, leads, and assets.
• Document learnings and contribute to partner playbooks.
