Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to own the Southeast partner channel. The role is field-based with substantial travel and a focus on growing our Quilt Certified Partners and signing new contractors.

You'll train and enable partner teams, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth across the territory. This is an early-stage build with equity opportunities and a path to leadership as Quilt expands.

Competenze

• 5+ years in channel sales or business development in HVAC/building products.
• Heat pump fluency and understanding of HVAC installation and sales.
• Existing Southeast contractor/dealer network is a strong advantage.
• Hunter-farmer mindset: grow existing accounts while prospecting and closing new partners.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Credible communicator with installers to executives.
• Self-directed and territory-minded with accountability to results.

Mansioni

• Build and manage the Southeast partner base, enrolling new Quilt partners.
• Support existing Certified Partners with coaching and on-site visits.
• Deliver product and sales training to partner teams.
• Monitor partner performance and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize co-op funds and leads.
• Document and share field feedback to product/marketing/ops.
