Job summary

Quilt is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Southeast. You will own Quilt’s partner channel across the Southeast, traveling frequently to support and grow our Certified Partners while signing new contractors.

You’ll be the face of Quilt to the HVAC community in the region and build a playbook the broader team can leverage. The role emphasizes hunting new partners and farming existing ones, with 50–75% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably in HVAC or related trade industries.
• HVAC fluency with heat pump systems, applications in hot, humid climates, understanding install quality.
• Existing network of HVAC contractors/dealers in the Southeast is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build the Southeast partner base by identifying and onboarding HVAC contractors and dealers.
• Grow and support existing Quilt partners via field visits, coaching, and training.
• Collaborate with marketing to leverage co-op funds, lead programs, and assets.
• Document best practices and contribute to partner success playbooks; relay field feedback to product/marketing/ops.
